The Zinc-Ni Plating is an electroplating pro- cess mainly based on two metal materials, zinc and nickel, which is characterized by high strength corrosion resistance and is a new type of environmentally friendly materi- al. The AQUApipe Zinc-Ni steel pipe's coating thickness is 270g/m2 (both sides), which is much lower than the 360g/m2 coating thick- ness of galvanized products in the market.

  • The high strength corrosion resistance ensures that the pipeline will not be corroded for a long time, ef- fectively avoiding the accumulation of rust, scale, and other impurities in the pipeline and reducing the energy loss of the enterprise.
  • Zinc-Ni Plating pipeline system, high surface hardness. After repeated friction, the plating is not easy to peel off, is more resistant to scratch, can ensure the superior performance of the product, extend the service life of the pipeline, and reduce the replacement cost of enterprises.
  • AIRpipe Zinc-Ni Plating steel piping system adopts double-press (DN15-DN100) and clamping type (DN125-DN250) connection methods, which shows superior convenience in installation compared with traditional piping such as welding and twisting connections.

Neutral salt spray test for about 1050 hours, no significant increase in white rust and no red rust generation for Zinc-Ni Plating steel pipe. The experiment concluded that the Zinc-Ni Plating steel pipe's internal and external corrosion resistance is much higher than that of galvanized pipe.
